Responsibilities
- Perform flawless silk blowouts on all types of textured hair
- Educate clients on the art of textured hair care
- Sell add-on services, retail products, and VIP memberships
- Provide a luxury customer experience through client interactions
- Maintain studio cleanliness
Requirements
- A current and valid Texas cosmetology license
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Amazing styling and finishing techniques
- A strong work ethic with a 'go-getter' attitude
- Experience with the round brush technique is a plus!
