This position offers an exciting opportunity to work in a busy salon with an immediate customer base, flexible scheduling, and ongoing training. The role is designed for both new and experienced stylists looking to advance their careers in a supportive environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality haircuts and styling services to customers.
• Build genuine connections with customers to enhance their salon experience.
• Collaborate with fellow stylists and managers to maintain a positive salon atmosphere.
• Participate in ongoing training and education to improve skills and techniques.
• Promote and sell salon products, earning a commission on sales.

Requirements

• Cosmetology and/or Barber License (licensing requirements vary by state/province).
