Immerse Spa & Salon is seeking a talented and experienced Hair Stylist/Cosmetologist to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide a full range of hair services in a luxurious and serene environment, while building strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business. This role offers flexibility in scheduling and the opportunity to work in a newly remodeled facility with state-of-the-art equipment.

Responsibilities

• Provide a full range of hair services, including cutting, coloring, styling, and treatments.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional workspace.
• Offer personalized consultations to clients, recommending styles and treatments that suit their preferences and needs.
• Stay current with the latest hair trends, techniques, and products.
• Build and nurture strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
• Collaborate with other salon staff to ensure a cohesive and supportive team environment.

Requirements

• Valid Cosmetology License.
• Proven experience as a Hair Stylist, with a strong portfolio showcasing a variety of styles and techniques.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including days and weekends.
• Passion for the beauty industry and a commitment to delivering high-quality service.
• Experience with curly/coily/ethnic hair.
