About The Position

The Hall of Fame and Stadium Tours Sales Intern will assist in coordinating the inbound group sales efforts for the Hall of Fame and Stadium Tours department, aiming to meet departmental sales goals. This role involves supporting daily operations, creating marketing materials, managing correspondence, and ensuring excellent customer service.

Requirements

  • Office experience or undergraduate degree preferred.
  • Ability to create professionally written materials including reports with bar charts and graphs.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to work effectively with others.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word programs.
  • Detail-oriented with data entry, graph, and chart experience preferred.
  • Highly organized and able to handle highly confidential materials with discretion.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects and display effective time management skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to work effectively with a wide range of internal and external customers.
  • Availability for weekdays, late evenings, weekends, and game weekends.
  • Ability and willingness to work non-traditional hours within a team environment.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in customer service or sales environments.
  • Familiarity with event coordination or management.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the daily operations of the Packers Hall of Fame and Stadium Tours.
  • Create effective written communication and marketing collateral for sales efforts.
  • Monitor incoming and outgoing correspondence via email, phone, and mail, and prepare appropriate responses.
  • Accountable for contract administration, processing deposits, billing, and collecting payments for events.
  • Responsible for excellent customer service, implementing initiatives related to office practices and client interactions.
  • Service all internal and inbound group ticket requests.
  • Assist the sales team with tradeshows, attraction meetings, and other sales-related events.
  • Coordinate special projects and assist with events as needed.
