About the position

The HaloPSA Architect will play a crucial role in the implementation and ongoing administration of HaloPSA at Impact Networking. This position is responsible for managing the configuration, optimization, and maintenance of the HaloPSA system to enhance service management capabilities across multiple departments. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in HaloPSA configuration and administration, ensuring the system supports business operations effectively.

Responsibilities

• Lead the configuration and implementation of HaloPSA across multiple departments.
• Administer and maintain the HaloPSA system, ensuring peak performance and reliability.
• Customize workflows, automation rules, and service request types to align with business needs.
• Manage integrations with third-party tools and services.
• Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement solutions.
• Train internal teams on HaloPSA functionalities and best practices.
• Ensure data integrity and manage system backups and updates.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for all configurations and customizations.

Requirements

• Proven experience with HaloPSA configuration and administration.
• Strong understanding of IT service management (ITSM) principles and workflows.
• Proven experience in creating customized workflows and automation in HaloPSA.
• Expertise in troubleshooting and resolving HaloPSA system issues.
• Experience with integrating HaloPSA with third-party systems (e.g., CRM, accounting software).
• Excellent communication skills and ability to train technical and non-technical users.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
