About The Position
The Hamilton Co. IST Services Coordinator is responsible for providing clinical oversight and supervision for master's level clinic staff, Bachelor's level Health Link staff, and Therapeutic Preschool children. This role involves ensuring appropriate care and services are provided to clients, crisis intervention, and utilizing community resources for client care. The coordinator will also oversee staff training, productivity goals, and maintain program standards while fostering a supportive team environment.
