About the position

The Hamilton Co. IST Services Coordinator is responsible for providing clinical oversight and supervision for master's level clinic staff, Bachelor's level Health Link staff, and Therapeutic Preschool children. This role involves ensuring appropriate care and services are provided to clients, crisis intervention, and utilizing community resources for client care. The coordinator will also oversee staff training, productivity goals, and maintain program standards while fostering a supportive team environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical oversight and supervision for clinic and Health Link staff.
• Ensure appropriate referral, agency linkage, advocacy, and follow-up services are provided.
• Provide crisis intervention and emergency services as needed.
• Train staff on program policies and productivity goals.
• Submit monthly productivity and clinical services reports.
• Ensure staff complete Treatment Plans and documentation accurately and timely.
• Monitor daily intake schedules and ensure access to care standards are met.
• Organize team meetings to promote cohesion and address concerns.
• Maintain positive relationships with internal and external agencies.

Requirements

• Master's Degree in a health-related field such as counseling, psychology, social work, or sociology.
• Two years of related work experience with children and youth impacted by trauma.
• Ability to exercise sound judgment under pressure and make effective decisions.
• Skills in crisis intervention and de-escalation techniques.
• Strong communication, time management, and organizational skills.
