Responsibilities
- Perform hand surgeries and related procedures.
- Manage patient care in both surgical and clinic settings.
- Collaborate with an experienced Nurse Practitioner and Physician Assistant from Day 1.
- Participate in a flat hierarchy with equal voice among partners.
- Optionally incorporate 30-40% Plastic/Reconstructive Surgery into practice.
Requirements
- Board certification in Hand Surgery or relevant specialty.
- Experience in a surgical practice setting.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
