Responsibilities
- Perform tub glazing and minor plumbing repairs.
- Conduct painting and changing locks as needed.
- Secure properties upon vacancy and perform Home Depot runs.
- Install toilets and assist with various maintenance tasks.
- Utilize management software (Buildium) to report maintenance issues and communicate with tenants.
Requirements
- 3 years of maintenance experience.
- Valid Driver's License.
- Mechanical knowledge and automotive diagnostics skills.
Nice-to-haves
- Experience with Section 8 housing.
- Handyman experience in a similar role.
