Responsibilities

• Perform general maintenance and repairs on buildings, fixtures, and equipment.
• Conduct routine inspections to identify issues that require attention.
• Utilize tools and equipment, including an ohmmeter, for electrical troubleshooting and repairs.
• Install, repair, or replace plumbing fixtures and appliances as needed.
• Assist with drywall repair and other finishing tasks.
• Respond promptly to service requests from clients or management.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment, ensuring tools are stored properly after use.
• Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide solutions.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Handy Man or in a similar role is preferred.
• Must have own transportation (Public transportation doesn't qualify).
• Must have a valid Driver's License.
• Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools safely and effectively.
• Familiarity with electrical systems and the ability to use an ohmmeter for testing.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Excellent communication skills for interacting with clients and team members.
• Physical stamina to perform manual labor tasks such as lifting, standing, or climbing ladders.
