About the position

Kokoro Cleaning Service is seeking a part-time handyman and cleaning professional to join our team in Las Vegas, NV. The role involves performing a variety of cleaning tasks for residential and commercial properties, including deep cleaning, carpet and grout cleaning, handyman work, and landscaping. The position offers flexibility in scheduling, allowing workers to choose their hours and the number of jobs they take on, while ensuring customer satisfaction and reliability in service delivery.

Responsibilities

• Perform deep and regular cleaning for houses, Airbnb properties, and offices.
• Handle construction cleaning and move-in/move-out cleaning tasks.
• Conduct carpet, grout, and window cleaning both inside and outside.
• Provide handyman services as needed.
• Assist with landscaping tasks when required.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in cleaning and handyman services.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English; knowledge of Japanese is a plus.
• Must have a valid Driver's License.
• General liability insurance is required.
