We are currently seeking a qualified Level 2 Maintenance Technician/Handyman/Handywoman for Meadows Mobile Home Park located at 1100 Estates Lane Melbourne, FL 32934. This position involves a variety of tasks that contribute to the overall maintenance and aesthetic appeal of the community. You will be responsible for overseeing the curb appeal and maintenance of the community, ensuring it meets Riverstone Communities' standards. This includes regular groundskeeping tasks such as lawn mowing, planting, and weeding, as well as performing residential repairs, installing siding and skirting, and completing home cleanouts as necessary. In addition to these responsibilities, you will be tasked with diagnosing and repairing residential water and sewer leaks, as well as faucets and toilets. You will also need to read water meters if applicable to your property. The role requires the capability to complete day-to-day duties with minimal supervision and to adhere to all safety laws and regulations. Regular inventory checks on equipment and supplies will also be part of your duties, and you will work with your manager to help coordinate food banks and resident events to support our mission. This position is ideal for someone who is proactive, enjoys working outdoors, and has a passion for maintenance and repair work.
