About the position
We are seeking a skilled Handyman/Residential Contractor to perform various general repairs and maintenance tasks for single-family rentals in the Tampa Bay area. This position offers flexible scheduling and pays up to $35 per hour, with compensation agreed upon per job. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in interior and exterior repairs, light plumbing, light electrical work, carpentry, drywall, painting, and fence work.
Responsibilities
- Perform general interior and exterior repairs on residential properties.
- Handle light plumbing and electrical tasks as needed.
- Conduct carpentry work, including drywall installation and repair.
- Paint and maintain the appearance of properties.
- Complete fence work and other outdoor maintenance tasks.
- Travel throughout the Tampa Bay market to service various job sites.
- Utilize an app to accept orders and document work with before and after photos.
Requirements
- Must have all necessary tools for the job.
- Must possess a ladder for various tasks.
- Must have reliable transportation to travel to job sites.
- Must have a clean background and be able to pass a background check.

- Experience with service calls on single-family rentals.
