Responsibilities

• Install, tape, mud, and sand sheetrock, delivering smooth or textured finishes.
• Perform basic plumbing, electrical, painting, and repair tasks to address various property needs.
• Handle framing, trim installation, cabinetry, and other woodworking tasks.
• Diagnose and resolve issues in structural, electrical, or mechanical systems.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace, ensuring minimal disruption to clients.
• Collaborate with clients and supervisors to determine project scope, timelines, and materials.
• Operate, maintain, and store tools and equipment efficiently and safely.
• Adhere to building codes, safety regulations, and company standards.
• Provide clear communication and updates, including cost and material estimates when needed.

Requirements

• Proven experience in drywall installation, including taping, mudding, and patching.
• General knowledge of multiple trades, including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and painting.
• Strong attention to detail with a focus on delivering professional, polished results.
• Ability to manage time effectively and work independently or as part of a team.
• Physical stamina and dexterity to handle materials, climb ladders, and perform hands-on work.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• High school diploma or equivalent; trade certifications are a plus not required.
