Responsibilities

• Perform general repairs and maintenance tasks in residential properties, including plumbing, electrical work, carpentry, and painting.
• Diagnose issues and determine the best course of action for repairs or improvements.
• Install fixtures, appliances, and equipment as needed.
• Conduct routine inspections of properties to identify potential issues before they become major problems.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment, ensuring all tools and materials are organized.
• Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide updates on project progress.
• Adhere to all safety regulations and guidelines while performing tasks.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Handy Man or in a similar role with a strong understanding of various repair techniques.
• Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and other equipment necessary for maintenance tasks.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot issues efficiently.
• Excellent communication skills to interact with clients professionally.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively to complete tasks on schedule.
• A valid driver's license is preferred for travel between job sites.
• Physical stamina to perform manual labor, including lifting heavy objects as needed.
