Responsibilities
- Completing small to medium maintenance and repairs for home and commercial projects.
- Communicating with customers to help them understand their needs and manage expectations regarding the scope of work and costs.
- Delivering a great customer experience to create life-long repeat customers.
- Following the Mr. Handyman Way to ensure consistent service quality.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as a paid handyman.
- Ability to own and use personal tools.
- Must be insurable for driving the company vehicle.
- Completion of a background and driving record check.
- Ability to lift 50 pounds independently.
- Capability to safely work at heights and overhead for extended periods.
- Professional appearance and maintenance of the company-provided vehicle.
- Self-management skills as the handyman will often work alone.
