About the position

Responsibilities

• Sort incoming textiles based on type, color, and size.
• Inspect textiles for defects or irregularities, then tag and hang them onto racks or designated storage areas.
• Transport racks to the sales floor.
• Greet customers with a smile and positive attitude.
• Tidy up the store as necessary to maintain its appearance.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a similar role is a plus, but not required.
• Ability to communicate effectively with customers and fellow employees.
• Ability to read and write at least a sixth-grade level.
• Ability to accurately perform simple mathematical calculations.
• Ability to work 100% of scheduled hours onsite.
• Must work without close supervision and make simple discretionary decisions.
• Honesty and dependability are essential.
• Medium lifting (up to 50lbs) is required.
