Service Leaders act as day-to-day leads within the Hannaford To Go department. With support for and from the Hannaford To Go Supervisor, Service Leaders ensure the department operates efficiently and provides an exceptional customer experience. Service Leaders give direction to Expeditors and Shoppers while also operating, hands on, within those roles as needed. As a leader, Service Leaders role model the service excellence we expect of all our associates. Through direction and attention to operational detail, a Service Leader ensures customers receive an exceptional experience during every Hannaford To Go transaction. As a Hannaford To Go Service Leader, no two days are ever the same, but a typical day includes leading the Hannaford To Go Department operations in accordance with established department standard practices, supporting excellent customer service, maintaining department conditions, providing real-time teaching, reporting issues, assisting in training, maintaining communication, and observing all company policies.
