The Hardware/Chemistry Test Engineer II is responsible for evaluating and testing products from the initial concept to post-production in the Product Development stage. The main objective is to evaluate and test products to meet specific specifications and standards. This role offers a distinctive chance to contribute to innovative technology that aims to enhance the lives of millions. In this role, you will test, validate, and compare system-level interfaces to ensure performance meets specifications. You will identify and analyze questionable functions, errors, and inconsistencies in product performance. Additionally, you will build new test procedures and cases for new functionality, recommend program improvements or revisions as necessary, and establish benchmarks for product performance. You will assist manufacturing in developing FOQ protocols and train staff, review and refine product documentation, install, maintain, and use testing software programs, and respond to technical support inquiries. You will also build, track, align, and communicate test plans, results, and analysis, being accountable for the thoroughness and quality of your test results.
