About the position

The Hardware Design Engineer/Analog Mixed Signal Layout Engineer is responsible for designing and laying out analog mixed signal circuits, particularly in deep finFET technology. This role requires collaboration with design teams and cross-functional groups to optimize circuit performance while adhering to project schedules and milestones. The engineer will also perform physical verification of designs and provide mentorship to junior engineers.

Responsibilities

• Works closely with the design team to create the best design and layout of analog mixed signal circuits in deep finfet technology.
• Work independently to define project schedules and milestones and adhere to them diligently.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize circuit performance and power efficiency.
• Perform physical verification of designs, including LVS, DRC, and ERC using industry-standard tools.
• Willing to provide mentorship and guidance to junior layout engineers, fostering a culture of learning and excellence.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years experience with Custom/Digital IP layout for analog mixed signal circuits.
• Minimum 5 years experience with Virtuoso and Calibre.
• Minimum 3 years experience with delivery and successful tapeouts.
