The Hardware Design Engineer, Level 3 position at Acclaim Technical Services involves designing and testing integrated circuits and hardware components for various applications. The engineer will also investigate COTS software protocols and develop firmware for digital signal processors and other programmable hardware devices.

Responsibilities

• Design and test new integrated circuits and hardware components for various applications.
• Investigate COTS software protocols.
• Design, document, and develop code for digital signal processors and programmable hardware devices such as ASIC and FPGA.
• Analyze the function of existing integrated circuits and hardware components.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or Computer Engineering from an accredited college or university.
• 12+ years of professional experience as a hardware design engineer in integrated circuit or microelectronic component design.
• Knowledge of FPGA/ASIC technologies is required.
• Current TS/SCI w/ Polygraph security clearance.
