Key Responsibilities:
· Focus on benchtop and handheld laboratory test equipment.
· Design and manage the lifecycle of PCBA hardware.
· Coordinate with outsourced manufacturing partners.
· Ensure stringent documentation and compliance with industry standards.
· Utilize Altium for PCBA design.
· Handle engineering change controls, design tradeoffs, component alternations, troubleshooting, and redesign.
Qualifications:
· Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
· Minimum of 5 years of experience in PCBA hardware design.
· Strong background in lifecycle design management.
· Experience with Altium and other relevant design tools.
· Excellent documentation skills and attention to detail.
Top 3 Skills:
PCBA hardware design and lifecycle management.

Troubleshooting and redesign of hardware components.
Preferred Skills:
· Familiarity with ISO 9000 standards.
· Strong problem-solving abilities.
