About The Position
In this role, you will integrate into a new Hardware Team for a new mission at Lockheed Martin. Your primary responsibilities will include supporting daily activities related to hardware issues, maintaining detailed design documents such as rack drawings, component specifications, and interconnect diagrams. You will participate in Technical Reviews/Interchanges and Peer Reviews, working under supervision to support larger team goals. Additionally, you will assist with ad hoc tasking and stretch assignments as outlined by Program Technical Leaders, emphasizing continuous improvement and outcomes over metrics while being a good teammate. You will collaborate with a technical team comprising systems engineers, network engineers, system administrators, and radio frequency engineers towards a common goal. The role requires adaptability in a dynamic environment and the ability to interpret complex system requirements and vendor operating manuals. You will also be involved in safety walkthroughs and reporting, ensuring compliance with safety standards.
