About the position

The Power Distribution Unit (PDU) IPT Lead position at Lockheed Martin involves leading the hardware and software development, qualification, integration, and coordination of the PDU into the JASSM/LRASM production lines. This role requires collaboration with various engineering teams and program managers to ensure technical excellence and mission success in the development of advanced aerospace and defense systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead the ongoing hardware and software development of the PDU.
• Oversee technical performance and risk reduction activities during production transition phases.
• Develop the technical data package for the PDU.
• Conduct Electrical, Electromagnetic Environmental Effects (E3), Thermal, and Structural analysis.
• Collaborate with Integration and Test, Planning, and Production teams to create key delivery milestone roadmaps.
• Lead requirements, design, integration, and analysis teams to develop specifications, drawings, test procedures, and verification plans.
• Provide oversight and support to suppliers delivering JASSM/LRASM power supply subsystems.

Requirements

• Engineering Degree (Mechanical or Electrical preferred).
• Engineering team leadership experience.

Nice-to-haves

• IPT experience.
• Cost Account Management (CAM) experience.
• Production experience in manufacturing.
• Customer/program leadership interface experience.
