Join our dynamic engineering team to design and develop new electro-stimulation medical device products. This role is crucial in ensuring that our products meet regulatory compliance standards and involves conducting thorough root cause analysis to identify and resolve issues effectively. As a Hardware Engineer, you will be responsible for PCB Design and Layout using OrCAD, which is essential for the development of our innovative medical devices. Your expertise will contribute to the entire product lifecycle, from initial design through to production, ensuring that our devices are not only functional but also safe and compliant with industry regulations. In this position, you will collaborate closely with a team of engineers, sharing insights and solutions to complex engineering challenges. Your problem-solving skills and attention to detail will be vital as you work on intricate designs and layouts, ensuring that every aspect of the hardware meets our high standards. This is a fully on-site position located in Independence, Ohio, where you will work in a cubicle setting alongside a team of 10-12 engineers. While the role requires full-time on-site presence, there will eventually be flexibility to work from home one day a week, allowing for a balanced work environment.
