About the position

The position is for a technical expert in R&D disciplines such as Optics, Electronics, Motion, and SEM. The role involves supporting module integration, calibration, and qualification, as well as leading the qualification of complex components. The candidate will be responsible for defining and executing qualification plans, providing risk assessments, and ensuring module performance meets specifications. The position requires strong problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex ideas effectively.

Responsibilities

• Support R&D module owner in 'Off & On Tool' Module Integration, Calibration and Qualification.
• Qualify Module performance to spec (on & off tool).
• Support R&D development (C&F) activities.
• Lead Qualification of significantly complex, non-system components (isolated from application).
• Provide risk assessment.
• Independently define & execute Qualification plans.
• Define, execute and qualify calibration procedures (off and on tool).
• Act as Tool owner - Expert in tool Build and significantly complex Integration.
• Define and qualify full build book and full sub system ATP tests.
• Provide highest debug ability and serve as 3rd level of escalation to modules within area of in-depth expertise.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field.
• 7 - 10 years of work experience in R&D or related disciplines.
