In this role, you will represent and lead the IPTSE (Integrated Product Team Systems Engineering) for Underbody and Electrical Distribution Systems (EDS). You will be responsible for overseeing the Vehicle Hardware Engineering Systems (VHES) for both high and low voltage systems throughout all phases of the program. This includes leading, coordinating, communicating, and organizing the workload to ensure that all program deliverables are met at each phase. Your expertise will be essential in ensuring that our hardware integration processes are efficient and effective, ultimately contributing to the success of our innovative vehicle designs.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and represent IPTSE for Underbody and EDS systems during all program phases.
  • Coordinate and communicate workload among team members to ensure timely completion of program deliverables.
  • Organize and report on the progress of hardware integration tasks throughout the program lifecycle.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on project goals and objectives.
  • Identify and resolve any issues related to hardware integration in a timely manner.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or equivalent experience.
  • Proven experience in hardware integration and systems engineering.
  • Strong understanding of electrical distribution systems and vehicle hardware.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills to manage cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience with design thinking and user experience methods.
  • Familiarity with autonomy and electrification technologies.
  • Knowledge of smart mobility solutions and their integration into vehicle systems.
