As the Hardware Partner Manager at Teamwork Commerce, you will oversee commercial relationships with our ecosystem of technology partners globally, with a specific focus on hardware solutions within the retail sector such RFID, payments, printers, scanning, Apple products and accessories, MDM and networks.

  • Cultivate and expand relationships with key technology partners, including hardware providers, to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities.
  • Establish and manage relationships with hardware technology partners to promote Teamwork Commerce's solutions within the industry.
  • Gain a deep understanding of partner objectives related to hardware solutions and align them with Teamwork's capabilities.
  • Act as a representative for Teamwork Commerce at industry events, trade shows, and partner summits, focusing on hardware-related discussions.
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to execute partner marketing activities effectively, particularly highlighting hardware integrations.
  • Maintain a comprehensive record of all partnership activities related to hardware solutions in CRM and assist with departmental administrative tasks as needed.
  • Order, track, and manage internal hardware support needs. Budget and track hardware spend and revenue share to ensure profitability.
  • Identify and create new revenue share and marketing opportunities with hardware partners to drive business growth.
  • Escalate hardware-related issues to partners and act as a liaison between Teamwork and external partners and vendors for swift resolution.
  • Project manage new and existing projects related to hardware solutions, ensuring timely delivery and successful implementation.
  • Understand new innovations and trends within the retail industry. Build business use cases for new features and technologies to ensure Teamwork stays at the forefront.
  • 3+ years of experience in strategic partnerships, business development, or channel sales within a technology organization, with a focus on hardware solutions.
  • Demonstrated ability to work towards quantifiable goals, such as revenue targets for hardware-related initiatives.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across hardware and software teams.
  • Comfortable with APIs, SDK technologies, and a general understanding of retail, particularly in the context of hardware integrations.
  • Ability to travel up to 5% of the time and ability to work with different time zones.
