About The Position
As a Hardware Quality Data Analyst at Latch, you will play a critical role in leveraging data to enhance the reliability and performance of our hardware products. Your primary focus will be on analyzing datasets to predict failure modes, estimate product lifetimes, and identify trends in product performance. Your insights will guide design improvements, shape testing procedures, and inform product development strategies. We are seeking a detail-oriented professional with strong expertise in data analysis, statistical modeling, and predictive maintenance. Your work will be instrumental in shaping the quality and performance of Latch's products, significantly contributing to our reputation for excellence and reliability in the market. In this role, you will perform root cause analysis on product failures, execute and monitor engineering evaluation tests under supervision, and support product reliability testing. You will assist in collecting, reporting, and analyzing product failure data, as well as help with lab logistics, including organizing and shipping equipment. Additionally, you will be responsible for setting up and maintaining lab equipment, ensuring that all processes are efficient and effective.
