About the position

This is a Hardware/Software Engineer Lab Configuration position at the TPO-STE, National Simulation Center, Fort Leavenworth, KS in support of the National Simulation Center (NSC) Support Operations (SO) task order under MTCCS II IDIQ. Trideum Corporation is seeking the best-qualified individuals for its upcoming bid in support of this task order. The expected award and start work date is late August 2024. This position is contingent upon contract award. The role involves organizing and maintaining the configuration of the Combined Arms Center - Training Innovation facility, ensuring that devices and network management hardware items are linked and synchronized for innovation and demonstration exercises. The engineer will also maintain an updated status of software and hardware to ensure that systems align and are capable of functioning effectively. Additionally, the position requires adapting hardware/software/network configurations to changing requirements from the TRADOC Proponent Office (TPO) STE office.

Responsibilities

  • Organize and maintain the configuration of the Combined Arms Center - Training Innovation facility.
  • Ensure devices and network management hardware items are linked and synchronized for innovation and demonstration exercises.
  • Maintain updated status of software and hardware to ensure that systems align and are capable of functioning.
  • Adapt hardware/software/network configurations to changing requirements from the TRADOC Proponent Office (TPO) STE office.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in an associated discipline.
  • At least 4 years of experience in the Information Technology / Telecommunications, Modeling & Simulations field.
  • Knowledge in the planning, development, installation/maintenance, and troubleshooting of LAN/WANS and cable systems.
  • Experience in computer systems engineering and network specifications as they are related to product testing and evaluation.
  • Experience with network products including but not limited to Cisco, Nortel, DLINK, Lucent, LVCG, and STE technologies.
  • Experienced and skilled in network management systems, software and hardware, configuration, and connectivity.
  • United States Citizen.
  • Active Secret Security Clearance.
