The Store Manager at Carr Hardware & Supply Inc. is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of one of the newest and most progressive stores in Lenox, MA. This role focuses on maximizing sales, minimizing expenses, optimizing merchandising, and ensuring outstanding customer service. The Store Manager will lead a motivated sales team, cultivate customer relationships, and represent the company values effectively.
