Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Computer Engineering or equivalent required; MS preferred.
  • 2+ years of experience in electrical engineering fundamentals, including analog and high-speed digital design.
  • Broad experience across different applications and technologies.
  • Exposure to solving unwanted coupling and interference between subsystems.
  • Experience in designing sophisticated system architectures.
  • Strong desire to dive deep into system-level issues and drive problems to closure.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills.
  • Proven track record of leading dynamic multi-functional teams.
  • Familiarity with challenges of taking a product from early architecture through to production.
  • Hands-on experience with lab test equipment to debug difficult/intermittent hardware issues.
  • Experience with schematic capture and rigid/flexible PCB layout.
  • Knowledge of signal and power integrity fundamentals.
  • Experience with low voltage power regulation and delivery.
  • Prototype design and validation with custom silicon.
  • Proficiency in using scripting languages to assist with hardware development.
