The Hardware Systems Integration Engineer for Battery & Charging at Apple is a pivotal role within the iPhone engineering team, focusing on the development and integration of battery and charging solutions. Responsibilities

  • Develop system solutions that achieve wired and wireless charging roadmap goals.
  • Design integration solutions across battery, flex, PCB, and silicon to meet various product goals.
  • Collaborate with key cross-functional partners in San Diego.
  • Participate in architecture, design, and execution of battery and charging initiatives.
  • Work on control systems, electromechanical system integration, and inductive charging.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
  • Experience in hardware design and system integration.
  • Proficiency in PCB design and system-level knowledge.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make design decisions.
  • Experience with control systems and inductive charging.
