About the position

We are looking for a Computer Hardware Engineer with demonstrated experience in leading hardware engineering for training systems, overseeing specifications, installation, troubleshooting, equipment management, and team mentorship. As a Computer Hardware Engineer, you will be responsible for the Computer Engineering and Hardware integration activities supporting highly complex Training Systems. You will work with a team of driven, supportive, and highly skilled professionals, leading the design, installation, and integration of the hardware and software to deliver the training devices. Responsibilities

• Support the Computer Hardware engineering effort for training systems.
• Review and produce detailed specifications for proposed hardware solutions.
• Lead team for the installation, testing, troubleshooting, and maintaining computer or computer-related equipment.
• Develop, track, and manage all equipment and deliverables (Drawings, manuals, reports, labeling, inventory).
• Interact with internal and external personnel to ensure product delivery.
• Provide mentorship and training.

Requirements

• Active Secret Clearance
• 8 years experience and BS/BA degree
• Linux experience
• MS Windows experience
• Experience installing, testing, troubleshooting and maintaining computer equipment, peripherals, audio visual equipment.
