You will be working onsite in our Boxborough, MA lab, where you will be responsible for debugging and validating silicon hardware designs for DDR and HBM PHYs. This position requires collaboration with senior engineers to verify performance and functionality, ensuring the reliability and performance of high-speed memory interfaces. In this role, you will set up and process electrical measurements, applying hands-on soldering for board modifications. You will also be responsible for writing and executing Python and C scripts for hardware tests. Your contributions will support the launch of next-generation silicon designs and provide insights into electrical performance and design specifications. You will be part of a supportive team focused on developing and testing DDR and HBM PHYs within Synopsys' IP portfolio, ensuring functionality and addressing customer issues.
