Hardwood Flooring: Installers, Sanders and Finishers.

About the position

B-Line Flooring Group is seeking skilled Hardwood Flooring Installers, Sanders, and Finishers to join their expanding team in Denver, CO. This full-time position emphasizes a quality-first philosophy and requires strong communication skills to ensure client satisfaction and timely project completion.

Responsibilities

• Install various types of flooring, including hardwood, laminate, and carpet
• Measure and cut flooring materials to fit specific areas
• Prepare subfloors by removing old flooring, repairing any damage, and ensuring a smooth surface
• Install base trim and trim carpentry as needed
• Install hardwood flooring, thresholds, and transitions
• Perform restoration and repair of damaged flooring
• Sand, stain, and refinish new and existing hardwood floors
• Follow project tracking and documentation via company cam app
• Use hand tools and power tools to complete installation tasks
• Provide excellent customer service and communication, including daily calls with ETA to jobs.

Requirements

• Proven experience in hardwood flooring installation, sanding, and finishing
• Strong communication skills for effective collaboration on construction sites
• Familiarity with hand tools and power tools relevant to flooring work
• Experience in floor care and trim carpentry
• Must be able to work in the US
• Must have a clean driver's license record
• 3 years of flooring experience required

• Familiarity with the restoration industry and water damage restoration processes
• Familiarity with NWFA procedures and tolerances
• Attention to detail and ability to follow schematics accurately
• Excellent problem-solving skills to address any issues that may arise during installation
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team
