Sheldon's Harley-Davidson is seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Sales Associate to join their team. This full-time position involves guiding customers through the sales process, building rapport, and promoting Harley-Davidson products in a fun and fast-paced environment. Previous vehicular sales experience is not required, making it an excellent opportunity for those passionate about motorcycles and customer service.
Responsibilities
- Guide every guest through the sales process.
- Connect, greet, and build rapport through understanding guests' needs and buying motivation.
- Track all guests and ensure all prospects are logged into the CRM system with effective follow-up techniques to complete the sale.
- Promote demo rides, maintenance plans, and other value-added incentives to prospective buyers.
- Actively participate in daily sales meetings, training, and coaching.
Requirements
- Customer service experience
- Valid motorcycle license (preferred) or willingness to obtain one
- Passion for Harley-Davidson motorcycles
