Responsibilities
- Humanely handle and hang live birds from the conveyor belt onto shackles at a rate of 35 BPM.
- Maintain housekeeping on the floor and keep track of DOA's (Dead on Arrival) when on the floor.
- Work collaboratively with others and rotate as directed on the belt.
- Advance the belt using the knee button as required.
- Perform all other duties assigned by the supervisor.
Requirements
- Ability to work in hot, humid, dirty, dusty, and malodorous conditions.
- Must not be subject to motion sickness.
- Ability to work the first hole on the belt and advance the belt with the knee button.
- Must be able to work effectively with others.
