As a LifeStyles Options Home Care Aide at Addus HomeCare, you will be an essential part of our mission to support seniors and individuals with disabilities in living independently. In this role, you will follow a care plan tailored to each client, ensuring that their specific needs are met. Your responsibilities will include assisting clients with personal care tasks such as bathing and dressing, as well as providing routine house cleaning, laundry, and meal preparation. You will also be responsible for transporting clients to appointments and running daily errands. While you will assist clients with the self-administration of medications, it is important to note that you will not be administering or measuring medications yourself. Additionally, you will observe and report any changes in your client's condition, ensuring that they receive the best possible care.
