About the position
The HCIS Project Manager will oversee healthcare-related projects, ensuring effective planning, execution, and communication among stakeholders. This role requires strong leadership skills to manage project teams and vendor relationships while adapting to project needs and challenges.
Responsibilities
- Develop the project charter, scope, schedule, budget, and plan.
- Assemble the project team and manage team performance.
- Monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments to timelines, resources, and costs.
- Manage communication across all stakeholders.
- Deliver regular status reports to sponsors and stakeholders.
- Escalate issues and risks to the project sponsor.
- Manage relationships with vendors and suppliers.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Project Manager in the healthcare sector.
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools.
- Proficiency in Project Management Software, SharePoint, PowerPoint, MS Teams, Zoom, and MS Office Suite.
