About the position

The HCM and Payroll Implementation Specialist at Vida HR is responsible for guiding clients through the onboarding process onto the isolved platform, ensuring a smooth transition and effective use of payroll and HR solutions. This role involves managing data migration, providing training, and troubleshooting issues to enhance client satisfaction and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Lead the onboarding of new clients, collaborating closely with the Director of Client Services.
• Ensure accurate data migration and oversee the first few payroll cycles to guarantee a seamless transition.
• Provide expert training to clients on the isolved platform, making sure they're set up for success.
• Troubleshoot any technical issues, working with the support team to resolve them quickly.
• Manage project timelines and client expectations, ensuring everything stays on track.
• Stay up to date with the latest isolved features and integrate them into client solutions.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in payroll processing or HCM implementation (experience with isolved is a plus).
• Strong project management skills and experience handling multi-state payroll.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to build strong client relationships and provide top-notch support.
• Familiarity with federal/state labor laws and payroll compliance.
