About the position

The role involves selling multifaceted HCM cloud solutions to various industries, including healthcare, higher education, and state & local government. The position requires engaging with CHROs and key collaborators to inspire changes that enhance HR functions and workforce results. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in selling HCM SaaS and will be responsible for managing sales processes, building client relationships, and achieving sales targets.

Responsibilities

  • Own and analyze your territory; prioritize how to spend your time.
  • Master and share the 'why Oracle story' that represents the value we provide to customers with our unified, multi-pillar offerings.
  • Cultivate client relationships by building trust, partnership, and an emotional connection to the Oracle brand and team.
  • Create and implement key sales and business development initiatives to improve awareness of Oracle HCM and increase sales pipeline.
  • Successfully prospect into your assigned accounts to discover and develop viable selling opportunities.
  • Gain access and establish relationships with key executives and decision makers.
  • Initiate and lead sophisticated sales cycles, improving the support and strengths of key internal partners.
  • Consistently achieve your sales target.

Requirements

  • Proven experience selling HCM SaaS within healthcare, higher education, or state & local industries.
  • Outstanding written, verbal, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Track record of success selling sophisticated solutions to large, sophisticated accounts.
  • Experience working with C-level executives and qualifying prospects.
