The HCM Functional Analyst serves as the HRIS partner supporting designated HCM areas in Workday, including Core HR, Benefits, Talent, Leave of Absences, and Advanced Compensation. This role involves consulting with HR Business Partners and HR Centers of Excellence (COEs), configuring and implementing business process changes in Workday, and acting as a subject matter expert on Workday capabilities.
