About the position
The HCM Principal Solutions Engineer plays a crucial role in delivering presales functional support for Oracle's HCM cloud solutions. This position involves collaborating with sales teams to address business challenges, demonstrating technical solutions, and inspiring HR professionals to achieve excellence in their organizations. The role requires a strong understanding of enterprise business applications, particularly in HCM technologies, and the ability to craft tailored presentations that resonate with diverse audiences.
Responsibilities
- Provide presales technical and functional support to prospective clients and customers.
- Act as a technical resource for less experienced Sales Consultants.
- Develop and deliver high-quality standard Oracle presentations and demonstrations.
- Present and articulate advanced product features and benefits, product future direction, and overall Oracle solutions.
- Design, validate, and present Oracle software solutions, including advanced product concepts and third-party complementary products.
- Develop and manage reference sites through high-quality technical and professional client relationships.
Requirements
- Strong background in enterprise business applications, with expertise in HCM related technologies.
- Experience in crafting and delivering presentations to diverse groups.
- Demonstrated sound independent judgment, initiative, collaboration, and leadership.
- Outstanding written, verbal, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Proven record of success in a pre-sales, sales, product management, implementation, practitioner, or consulting role.
