About the position

The HCP Creation Center Lead - CFC Engagement Platforms at Pfizer is responsible for leading the development and management of commercial solutions used by Customer Facing Colleagues (CFCs) globally. This role involves partnering with various stakeholders to identify business needs, develop technology strategies, and ensure the successful delivery of projects that enhance the CFC Engagement Platforms. The position requires a blend of technical expertise, leadership, and strategic vision to drive innovation and operational excellence within Pfizer's digital landscape.

Responsibilities

  • Identify opportunities to drive significant business value through technology in CFC Engagement processes.
  • Develop and maintain the strategy for global CFC Engagement tools and technology investment plans.
  • Balance responsiveness to changing business needs with adherence to pre-defined plans.
  • Drive process harmonization and technology adoption across business units.
  • Participate in Leadership Team meetings with Digital and Business Leaders.
  • Demonstrate thought leadership and innovative thinking to solve complex business problems.
  • Design and manage a comprehensive operations framework for global implementations.
  • Ensure compliance with CMO, BPO, and other digital processes and financial procedures.
  • Manage the evolution of standard CFC Engagement Platform solutions and geographic expansion.
  • Author business cases to secure funding for high-value initiatives.
  • Provide oversight and guidance to project teams delivering approved initiatives.
  • Lead and guide multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring clarity in scope and budget.
  • Screen vendor candidates and assemble project teams for initiatives.
  • Review functional and technical designs for usability and customer experience alignment.
  • Ensure on-time, on-budget, and on-quality project delivery with client satisfaction.
  • Manage project budget accountability, tracking actual spend against budget.

Requirements

  • Experience with Global Customer Facing Colleague Engagement Platforms (Veeva, SFDC, IQVIA OCE) for pharmaceutical companies.
  • Bachelor of Science degree in Information Management, Computer Science, Engineering or Technology Management preferred.
  • 10+ years of relevant experience in information technology roles such as software developer, project manager, or systems engineer.
  • Proven experience in the pharmaceutical industry designing and delivering IT business solutions.
  • Competency in Software Development Lifecycle management and Agile methodologies.
  • Experience working with business teams to develop and deliver strategy and operating plans.

Nice-to-haves

  • Certified Project Management Professional (PMP) or Certified Scrum Master (CSM) certification.
  • Certified Scrum Professional (CSP) or Certified Scrum Coach (CSC) is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of agile principles and frameworks, including Scrum, Kanban, and Lean.
