About the position

The HCP Marketing Manager for Trelegy at GSK is a pivotal role focused on developing and executing brand strategy targeted at healthcare professionals (HCPs). This position requires a strategic marketing foundation and innovative thinking to leverage modern technologies, particularly AI, to enhance GSK's marketing efforts. The role involves collaboration with cross-functional teams and managing agency relationships to optimize digital tools and drive growth for one of GSK's top brands.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the strategic direction, development, implementation, and execution of all digital selling tools and resources.
  • Implement professional campaigns through the development of key tactics, leveraging continuous data analysis to meet customer needs.
  • Align brand attributes with marketplace needs using insights from market research and data analysis.
  • Partner with stakeholders to develop customer guidance for the sales team aligned with brand strategy.
  • Evaluate brand performance data to identify trends and market drivers, optimizing content to positively impact business trajectory.
  • Lead the regulatory, legal, and medical promotional review process, including special copy approvals.
  • Manage internal cross-functional teams to advance the use of digital tools in alignment with brand strategy.
  • Drive collaboration across multiple business units to ensure organizational pace.
  • Manage partner agency relationships, workflow, and related expense budgets.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 3+ years of healthcare marketing or relevant commercial experience
  • Experience working in a matrix environment and with all levels of an organization.

Nice-to-haves

  • MBA
  • 5+ years of marketing experience, with 2 years in healthcare marketing
  • HCP Marketing, advertising, and/or media experience
  • Strong project management experience
  • Demonstrated interpersonal skills and ability to build effective working relationships
  • Experience with leading primary and secondary market research
  • Budget management experience
  • Experience implementing projects within pharma, including copy approval experience
  • Experience with product launch/new clinical data
  • Experience managing external agencies.
