As a Senior Healthcare Services Business Development Officer at UMB, you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth of our Healthcare Services team, which specializes in delivering innovative healthcare payment solutions. This includes custodial services for health savings accounts (HSAs) and private label, multipurpose debit cards tailored for insurance carriers, third-party administrators, software companies, employers, and financial institutions. In this role, you will be responsible for lead generation, prospect identification, and qualification. You will need to thoroughly understand the needs of potential clients and effectively map those needs to the UMB products and services that can enhance their business operations. Your responsibilities will also include managing prospects through the sales and contract cycles, ensuring a smooth transition to the Implementation and Client Experience teams when appropriate.
