About the position

The HCV Client Relations Specialist is responsible for managing relationships with clients in the Housing Choice Voucher (HCV) program. This role involves ensuring client satisfaction, addressing inquiries, and providing support throughout the voucher process. The specialist will work closely with clients to facilitate their understanding of program requirements and assist them in navigating the system effectively.

Responsibilities

  • Manage client relationships within the HCV program.
  • Address client inquiries and provide timely responses.
  • Assist clients in understanding program requirements and processes.
  • Facilitate communication between clients and relevant departments.
  • Monitor client satisfaction and implement improvements as needed.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in social work, public administration, or a related field.
  • Experience in client relations or customer service roles.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Knowledge of housing programs and regulations is a plus.

Nice-to-haves

  • Bilingual skills are preferred.
  • Experience with case management software.
  • Familiarity with the Housing Choice Voucher program.
