About the position

The Ethics and Compliance Coordinator at the University of California, Davis, plays a crucial role in supporting the daily operations of the Harassment & Discrimination Assistance and Prevention Program (HDAPP). This position involves providing comprehensive programmatic and administrative support in a highly confidential environment, including case triage, complainant outreach, and managing the HDAPP's Case Management Database and website. The coordinator will work closely with various campus units to promote the goals of HDAPP and ensure effective communication and resource connection for individuals in distress.

Responsibilities

  • Support the daily functioning of the HDAPP office.
  • Conduct and document moderately complex tasks requiring data and policy review.
  • Answer HDAPP's call lines and monitor online reporting systems.
  • Evaluate fact patterns for case triage and support the intake process.
  • Assist with complainant outreach and case management.
  • Prepare and assist in the creation of training and outreach materials.
  • Manage and update HDAPP's Case Management Database and website.
  • Order office supplies and programmatic materials.
  • Schedule meetings and coordinate meeting logistics.

Requirements

  • 2 years' experience providing administrative support in a dynamic, fast-paced office.
  • Experience working with complex policies to triage new cases.
  • Experience interacting with distressed individuals and providing support.
  • Experience handling highly confidential information in an electronic case management system.
  • Experience updating and maintaining websites via a content management system.
  • Analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.

Nice-to-haves

  • Familiarity with campus offices and resources related to HDAPP services.
  • Familiarity with campus systems such as Aggie Travel and Aggie Buy.
