Requirements

• Proven experience as a Head Chef or in a similar leadership role within the food industry, preferably in restaurants or catering environments.
• Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques, menu development, and kitchen management practices.
• Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team.
• Experience managing shifts effectively while maintaining high standards of service during peak hours.
• Familiarity with dietary restrictions and the ability to create inclusive menu options for various guests.
