About The Position
The Head Coach of Field Hockey at Fairfield University is responsible for directing all aspects of a Division I Field Hockey program, ensuring compliance with NCAA and Conference rules while fostering a culture of academic and athletic excellence. The role includes recruiting student-athletes, managing the coaching staff, planning the team's schedule, and overseeing the program's budget. The Head Coach will also engage in community outreach and fundraising efforts to enhance the program's visibility and support.
